I think slipping a laxative into her coffee would get out of the office for the and if I'm lucky might cause an embarrassing accident.

And this is where plotting really begins!
Laxative in her coffee, closed sign on any bathroom that is not downstairs, puddle of water at the top of said stairs... she takes a tumble, AND has an accident in the process.
