So what spice is in your rack/cabinet gets used the most often? (not including salt/pepper?

For me it is a tie between Lawry's Garlic Salt and Lawry's Seasoned Pepper. That shit goes on everything.....

Everglades (like the swamp) seasoning. It maybe a regional/Florida thing. If you find it try it. I've used it from veggies, meat and popcorn.

Harissa and chermoula dried spice.
Making the wet spice mix takes too long.

Cinnamon? Do you put it in your coffe or something? I think I have had the same cinnamon in my rack for the last two years....

I run out of those two the most. I bake cinnamon rolls, make cinnamon toast, make homemade cinnamon hard candy, sprinkle cinnamon on milk with maple syrup stirred in...

I don't drink coffee though.

A tie between Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes.

My Mother in law was born and raised in Cuba. She puts this spice pack called Goya Sazon on every fucking thing.... But if you are in the mood for great Spanish food I highly suggest it.
