How often do you create stupid threads?

I've done a pretty good job of restraining myself but the temptation is strong. It would get lost in the shuffle though.
 
Nothing wrong with getting lost around here.


Sometimes I do it just so I have somewhere to chat.
 
very seldom do I create an obviously stupid thread.
HOWEVER, I have this weird compulsion to post on other stupid threads.

I thought about creating a chat thread to preserve the sanctity of the isolated blurt thread but it probably wouldn't get used and people are used to using that thread for whatever comes to mind, whether it's blurting or chatting.

It tends to be frowned upon to create never ending threads. So every once in awhile a new inane one is needed.

Most never ending threads are the "drop a letter, add a number and create a new word from the idiocy" variety and I wish there was a sub forum where they could all be placed to rot.

On a somewhat related note ... necroposting seems to be frowned on as well and I can't understand why it's a big deal.
 
I think the problem is that I use proper capitalization. I'm an adult so it seems so silly to not.

I appreciate your capitalization. Everyone's getting lazy nowadays.

Also, I rarely create threads. When I do they're more often than not stupid. I'd rather post in other peoples stupid threads since it seems like more fun.
