In the Dominican Republic "the right to life is inviolable from the moment of conception and until death."

Because life is defined as beginning at conception, they have a strict ban on all abortions. Apparently you cant even have a treatment that may save your life, if it would cause the body to miscarriage.

The UK gets health tourists who come to the UK for abortions - which they pay for themselves. Our laws on abortion are stricter than the US but if a woman really wants an abortion she is unlikely to be refused.

We possibly get some 'tourists' from the Dominican Republic. We used to get hundreds from Ireland.

I've had two kids. The transformations that happen to a woman's body chemically and physically are profound enough that I wouldn't compel anybody to do it.

I believe I heard another user state this argument. That the women should be punished for not being more careful by forcing her to give birth to a child she doesnt want.
