Serious answer: yes, but not always. Your bladder/bowels shed cells into your urine/feces. The actual waste does not contain DNA, its the dead cells in the waste that do. So any random swab of waste may or may not contain enough DNA to be identified. Also, your feces contain a lot of bacteria, which have their own DNA that could contaminate the sample.

Actually, there are no cells in the urine or feces that contain DNA. Urine started out as water or some other liquid which you drank, where feces started out as food you consumed. Neither was produced by your body, so they contain none of you DNA.

BUT, as they pass through your body the can and in most cases do pick up skin cells your body produces and those do contain DNA.
