I'm a musician and one of the bands I play in has a nice showcase gig tonight in a club in NYC so I'm preparing some charts and getting equipment fine-tuned etc

It's all original music that I write and I'm pretty much the music director for the band... we have 2 amazing guitarists whose styles blend perfectly and in this band I play bass. It's kind of turbo-charged garage-surf-rock that is great to dance to!
Yup, the NYC area has been a sweatshop for a while now, fortunately I was in LA all last week and it was so prefect there.
