Most people with multiple learning disabilities have significantly below-average intelligence, am I correct? Most of the kids I shared my IEP class with generally appeared to be pretty dim-bulb. So I am just assuming that their IQ's probably fell within the first two standard deviations below the mean average. At lesast the ones with multiple learning disabilities.
<20 profound mental retardation
20-50 severe mental retardation
50-70 mild mental retardation
70-85 borderline intellectual functioning
85-115 average intelligence
115-130 superior intelligence
>140 genius
