The Obama campaign should NEVER in a sane world have even thought to broach the subject of felonies; not with Fast and Furious Eric Holder guilty of obstruction of justice and accessory to murder; not with Holder suing states to continue state sponsored racism and hate crimes against Texas, Arizona, Florida, South Carolina, (and the other 53 states as well); Tony Rezko and the felonious land deals he's involved himself in; Bill Ayres, and the killing of cops and bombing of the Pentagon; and his treason for attempts to and advocacy of the revocation of the Constitution by Executive Order.

Surely a history of his personal felony sponsorship and treasonous involvements is NOT something Obama should want to point to, EVER!

Actually treason is defined in the Constitution:

"Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

Obama's dereliction of duty, malfeasance, or whatever you want to call it, doesn't meet the constitutional definition of treason.

The closest he came to even the realm of treason might have been his suggestion to the Russian government that he might be able to accomplish arms reductions after the election. The implication being such a deal would not be seen by Americans as being in their interests, enough so as to prevent or hamper his re-election.

Russia is perceived by many to be an enemy and the President's job is not to further their interests at the expense of our own. Even that action would be a stretch of the definition.

If Benedict Arnold met the definition of treason for giving up West Point to the British, then Obama has certainly done as much by giving up our border in total to illegal immigration, and supporting illegal santuary cities, jobs, and has gone so far as to sue those who object to the refusal to support our sovereignty. He's also guilty of providing national secrets, most if not all of which place the interests of the nation, and the very lives of citizens in jeopardy. He's also given up those agents of the US to foreign enemies, especially Iran.

It's treason.
