And many are opting not to go into medicine to start with, leaving either the needed numbers of new entrants unfilled, or filled by the somewhat less qualified to take those spots bypassed by those who've now said 'no thanks' to a system choked with regulation and government intervention.

I could be wrong, but I don't think anyone here is disputing the facts of the study results, that 580 doctors (0.06% of all doctors in the US) surveyed say they've considered quitting because of the ACA.
What they are saying is that a completely bogus conclusion (that 83% of all doctors in the US have considered quitting) was drawn from it because of the survey methodology and that anyone who believes the conclusions is a dumbass.

I has nothing to do with ideology. It has everything to do with a person's ability to understand what makes a valid survey.
It also has a lot to do with common sense.

Average, that isn't even the major reason the survey is bogus. Read the survey - it doesn't poll or even mention the ACA or Obamacare at all.
