The worst state for health care says no thank you to ACA

Care to detail why/how your daughter doesn't have insurance due to Obama?

He's mentioned this before. Because the ACA prevents insurance companies from dropping kids with preexisting conditions, some companies have stopped selling child only policies. However I have already explained to him that many state legislators have already moved to change local laws to prevent companies from doing this and if he honestly( which I doubt) has a child who was dropped, he should contact his congressmen.

I know, insurance companies using loopholes to make money. Obama is evil.

He'll be here tomorrow doing the job I pay him to do, I'll be out eating breakfast and cruising the fucking beach. While you're shuffling into the park restroom hoping they haven't run out of ass gaskets:[/IMG]

:D

Yeah, those two Andrew Jacksons you'll shell out for his day of sweating it in the sun on your front and backyard's behalf is really going to go far for him when he hits the local dive during happy hour. You're such a big supporter to the local businesses during these days of economic strife, they call you Donald Trumpet.

Meanwhile, you'll be eating Egg McMuffins while sitting in front of the computer, cruising beach websites in between your daily web surfing for political bullshit to make you feel better about your still-ongoing butthurt over the Supremes' decision on ACA. If you ever do get out of the chair to get your feet wet from walking in sand, it's going to be in your shower after accidentally stepping in the kitty litter box. :D

What part of the northwest you in?
In are close to Portland looking for a little part time job let me know

Outside Olympia, at least until I can hunt down some land that suits my fancy somewhere around here or up the peninsula.

I appreciate the offer but getting my garden up and school have me plenty busy atm. Though I have been toying with the idea of opening my own head shop....it's perfect for me. A stoner paradise with high profit margins and I can hire cute hippie girls and eye fuck them all day :D

What's scary is an uneducated naive, dependent citizenry, pandered to by another naive fool. His change is the death of your freedom.

Clearly I have more faith in the American people then you do. Just because we don't all subscribe to the conspiracy theory conservative blogs you do, doesn't mean everyone in America save you, is a lemming being led to slaughter.

It's not her fault that you refuse to take personal responsibility for your family's health care. The buck stops with you.

Well with a critical illness rider to cover the extremes I am in a position to afford anything that come my way. Doubt the other 500,000 or so kids living with their grandparents that rely on Medicare can say the same.

He's doing that to he's got a little store down in Portland.

Care to detail why/how your daughter doesn't have insurance due to Obama?

Because ObamaCare something like 26 states have dropped individual child policies.

..... I have to buy the partners health insurance plan (part of the partners contact) at my work. Because the pool is a ton of old guys I am stuck paying 1,500 every two weeks for myself. If I add my wife it is an extra 1k a month, if I add my daughter it is an extra 2k a month. Up until last year I just bought my wife and daughter individual polices...no issues. Problem is individual polices do not cover pregnancy with out a crazy expensive pregnancy rider. So I added my wife to my plan this year. Then found out they dropped my daughters individual policy due to Obamacare.

So why this is not a huge issue for me, for the grandparents out there on Medicaid who raise their children's kids, and many others, it is.

Did we get to vote on Obama care? Were we consulted? Was ramming it through the partisan congress in the middle of the night against the will of the majority of Americans, democracy in practice? If it were put to a vote today, would it still be in existence? No need to answer, we know the answer.

"We" don't vote on anything, you dumb son of a bitch, because we live in a republic, not a democracy.

The legislation passed both houses of Congress by a majority vote. It was signed into law by the President and upheld as Constitutional by the Supreme Court.

Your side lacks the votes to overturn the legislation so you're pouting.

You're just a sore loser.

is texas really the worst?

It's been cited here before that something like 28% of Texans do not have health insurance, worst in the nation. And the figure grows by almost 1% per year.

So Rick Perry goes and turns down additional Medicare funding to expand coverage despite the fact that it will cost Texas nothing for a decade and only 10% of the cost of the expansion after that. It's an utterly shameful act. Despicable even, given his state's suffering.

They used tricks to get is passed

Like our schools in North Carolina who complain of funds shortages, then hire nutritionists to check school lunch boxes, there's a lot of waste in your schools. Complain about that and get it under control before asking for more.

I'm interested to know more. Have a cite for this?

It's not free that money has to be taken from someone to give Texas

Pudgy clown midget, I told you it only takes my exceptional gardener no more than an hour to do both my yards. There isn't much to do every two weeks as he stays on top of it. I paid him a lot more to install my sprinkler system , re sodding, and special projects like tree trimming, etc.:rolleyes:³

The health care decision is over and done with, I have moved on to the next phase, contributing money to those candidates who will repeal it. At some point you folks have to be protected from yourselves until you get it all figured out and your sphincters shrink back to normal. :D

40 dollars a hour are a yard not bad money and if your yard guy has few crews it's great money.

First of all, "Obamacare" didn't drop child-only policies, individual private health insurance companies did.

Secondly, you work for an outfit that has substandard insurance. Rather than suck it up and pay for an additional family policy, you've opted to eschew personal responsibility and leave your daughter uninsured.

Thankfully, conservatives who are failures as husbands, fathers and providers like you are a distinct minority.

That son of a bitch is getting rich, he and his crews make their money on volume.

First off.. You speak dumbass-ese?

Secondly, you're paying illegal immigrants under the table to mow blow & go. That sounds very UnAmerican.
