what are your cures?

it's been a long time since i felt like this.

Since we're past the prevention part, copious amounts of lemon water with a pinch of salt. You can toss in some muddled blueberries if you can stomach them. Poached or fried (cooking spray, no oil) egg with cheddar on whole wheat toast. Two Advil every two hours depending how bad I feel.

A few ounces of pickle juice--dill, not sweet--and all the watermelon you can eat.

Vitamin Water with B+ for now.

And, to put a serious dent in a hangover in the future: milk thistle (it's never failed for me) & b-vitamins. If you're looking to get a good buzz, though, don't use these - they'll dull it if you take them when you're supposed to, which is before drinking.

Take two of these!

bastard

Bloody Mary if you are not at work.... Red Bull/Monster and three BC/Goody powders if you are.

that all sounds bad.

no pictures of my face. i was actually thinking this. i hope i'm still not drunk.

You need to hydrate, best think I found is lemon juice or lemonaide from real lemons they are full of electrolytes. Or you could drink poweraide or gatoraide. Hope it helps.

hydration underway.

too much rum and beer.

B+
name the natural sources

1000cc+ LR/saline solution, 14/16ga catheter, wide open, squeeze the bag and you will be right as rain in 10 min.

Pickle juice has had some press recently as a rehydrating solution.

Watermelon has the closest to perfect balance of electrolytes for rehydrating humans orally.

Neci, coconut water might help also. Basically the answer is water and time.

Rory, I doubt she's lost much B in a single night of drinking. Probably won't hurt though.

FlowerChild, I already prescribed the RL. Try to keep up, dude.
