It is the traditional opening weekend of the Canadian Football League season (The CFL, Where Every Play Looks Like Illegal Motion).
In honor of the birthday of our neighbors to the North, and remembering that I was balls on in my Grey Cup pick last season, the Pantsless Prognosticator returns with a special Happy Birthday Hoseheads edition, offering a pick on tonight's final game of the CFL's Opening Weekend.
Montreal @ Calgary -2
Yes, the Vegas Hilton sportsbook lists Calgary as a two rouge favorite in this one despite the facts, that the Stamps, like several CFL clubs, are debuting a new head coach and starting QB tonight, Montreal led the league in scoring last season and missed out on a third straight trip to the Grey Cup on an OT loss in the semi-finals, and the Alouettes have really cool road jerseys.
But, let's face it, if you're betting the CFL, you are a sick fuck. Get help. That disclaimer aside, as they say in Quebec, prenez Montréal et donnent des points.

Wow! You are a football junkie and you need immediate attention. It just so happens I have plenty of attention to give immediately.
That is good, because you don't know the half of it. The CFL is available live in the US only on ESPN 3 (streaming) live. But TSN (the Canadian ESPN
) has all of the games delayed on-demand with (shhhh, this is our secret) no commercials. I spent half a day watching the first three games of the weekend. I need immediate helpNightReaderGal

It's worse than you think. There is something going on in Austin, TX this week. The World Under 19 American Football championships. Some of the USA's best incoming college freshmen play three games in eight days in a tournament with seven other nations (Sweeden has really cool uniforms). There is live and on demand video from the USA football you-tube channel. I'm watching France v. Sweeden right now (France by the way, some big ole' wine and cheese fed o-linemen, and they run a grinding, option offense).
Do need immediate attention. USA vs. Austria tomorrow
