People are making a bigger deal out of them than they should. You have to go into them with that in mind. Don't expect more than just an amusing, trashy read...and really, at times we all should indulge in that.

The whole bdsm thing is really just a sampling, and on the tame side of things, so people getting worked up over it is just silly.

I read them because a friend suggested I should and I don't regret it - they're quick reads, so even if you dislike them, it's not much time lost.
