Obama Care, How Will Be Judged On Thursday?

It's not that bad a piece of legislation without the mandate. Pretty much how Vermont handled healthcare and insurance, and the citizens there give it good marks.

I'm not saying the Court won't parse the law. I'm saying why should they based on the testimony of the government and the words of the law itself. Then we can talk about how the American people don't want it because it doesn't do what they were told it would do, and the House saying they will repeal anything left standing.

Many Americans, myself included, do like some parts of the law. As someone who was just recently denied coverage because of an existing condition, this has become more personal. If the House does repeal, then we can forget any reform, since Republicans ignored insurance reform for many years when they controlled Congress. I understand that many Americans only care about their own coverage and don't give a rat's ass about how their neighbor obtains or affords coverage.

The solution to pre-existing conditions is a pool such as car insurers use for high risk drivers.

Can you have an car accident and then walk into an insurance company and ask for coverage?

I'm speaking of pre-existing conditions. If you walk into the insurance office with 5 previous heart attacks, yep.

We'll end up with CastroCare, a signup sheet and basket of aspirin till the 1st Aid tech can bicycle over to your house to see you.

After over a year of tellin' us that purchasin' health insurance was nothing Nothing NOTHING like purchasin' auto insurance, the Vettebigot turns on a dime and equates the two.

"It is a decision of the Supreme Court...So this is almost as if God has spoken." -- Nancy Pelosi on Kelo, 2005:rolleyes:

Looks like Roberts sold out.

Good luck, Americans.

The US Constitution is now officially toilet paper.
