Since America is now faced with a legal system where those who are tasked with enforcing the law refuse to do so, and infuse their own versions of law simply as being retribution or punishment of those on their enemies list, it is now back to the Wild West. The only rules now are to impose your will, and do it in a way where you can evade those you oppose.

At least you are bold enough to say what your pantywaist friends koala and vette want to but won't say.

Still, -1 x -1 x -1 = -1.

Want and do are different things.

The issue of states rights was at the heart of the Civil War, and the determination was never really settled, much as WWI never really settled the issues that lead to the fight of WWII. We are eventually going to be seeing this as an actual battle, and there will be people fighting each other again.

Translated into forum language: "I'm going to bump my own threads, and put people who oppose me on iggy."

;)

Apparently the new American legal system is speak falsely and carry a big President.

Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward, whoever cannot take care of himself without that law is both, for a wounded man shall say to his assailant, "If I live I will kill you, if I die you are forgiven".

Such is the rule of honor

The pride of North Carolina checking in with his latest wisdom.

Infuse?

Yeah, yeah, same Amicus song and dance. Lots of talk and no action.

You have fun with that, buttercup.

So what's the problem? Don't be skuurd....you have weaponry, use it.

The issue of states rights was at the heart of the Civil War, and the determination was never really settled . . .

Actually, it did. If we ever have another civil war in America, it won't be over that. It will be something more along the lines of a non-sectional political/ideological war like the English Civil War and the Spanish Civil War; perhaps even a for-real class war.

So Congress passes Obama care, the court sustains it. Romney is elected and states he isn't going to enforce it, and will not impose any fines on Americans who fail to obey. You and the Democrats will stay quiet and go along right?

Interesting premise, but, but...Romney believes in mandated healthcare. Massachusetts ring a bell?

The difference is, he did it constitutionally at the state level, but recognizes the unconstitutionality of it at the federal level. Obviously, something you didn't understand when making that moot point.:D

And obviously, something you don't understand about Romney. Enjoy your RINO Koolaid, Petunia.

No, that's the rule of the Nietzscheans from Andromeda.

"What would you like, Frizzle?"

"The usual, coach. Hundreds of grandchildren, utter domination of known space and the pleasure of hearing that all of my enemies have died in terrible, highly improbable accidents that cannot be connected to me. And you?"

[laughs] "The usual."
