There is no such thing as a "word-of-mouth recommendations to avoid this place". If you tell someone about this place, they'll check it out, no matter how horrible your review might be.

You are actually fairly high in the Killer Clown category, so it's possible you could be on the pay list if you keep up the good work. There are plenty of clowns around here. We don't have to pay them. Killer Clowns combine social ineptitude and a lack of self awareness with a poignant earnestness that is rare.

I encourage any and all to make the point that the mods are abusive, and the site itself is essentially an out of control hack job... so others who may make the mistake of coming here in hopes of becoming better writers don't make the mistake of thinking this is a place with any possibility of that happening. Nobody new and coming here should be under any illusions that their work is taken seriously, that is not privately mocked, and if they're serious about a writing gig, that their work is passed around and likely plagerized and stolen. Keep the info on every venue, so others as yet unaware of the intentions of this board don't get abused in the future.
