Can we have an open discussion with mods about the Chatroom

Okay, I'm not here to complain about rules, let me be clear.

I am also not here to start a flame storm about "Hurr durr chat sux do something!!!" All I'm looking for is someone in charge to at least knowledge the issues and try to explain why they exist. And if possible, what is the site doing to fix them.

I want to know why the chat has been just so frustrating lately.

For as long as I can remember when you click the link to open the chat window you have to reload it at least a dozen times. While not system breaking this is very inconvenient and I just don't understand it. Why is this a problem?

What I really want to know is why has the lag been so bad lately?

This is a huge problem, it happens every day... this needs to end...

Every time I ask a mod what is going on they either ignore me or flat out kick me for no reason.

Now when the lag gets very bad, does that trigger a mass boot, or do mods manually restart the system to try and combat lag. Again, this wouldn't be so bad if it weren't for problem one

Just please say something, I'm not demanding immediate action.
