The clamping sensation is a bit odd at first and can be uncomfortable if not use to the pressure. adjusting the pressure is key when placing them clamps on.. pain occurs if you do not remove them with the proper attention.not a lot..but what happens is the blood rushes back into the nipple, so once removed. kissing, licking, and rubbing helps with that.

I guess to answer your question.. yes the physical sensation is very much a turn on.. ..while the sensations can help to deter ejaculation the idea of your lover giving control-ish to another will and has often overridden the deterrent and helps enhance the orgasm.

I would love to give up control.. I sometimes feel giving up control would be a very nice experience.

I have often thought about piercing my nipples. using a ring to pull.. It does feel at times a direct nerve that runs from my nipple right to the underside of the helmet.. I can actually feel the tug as I write this.

Well, I would not suggest a Clover style. There are many that have the adjustable stud in them to customize the amount of pressure. just set it on the widest point.. put one on and work it down till you are comfortable.
