Pubs, aren't you glad now you didn't go with Gingrich, Santorum or Paul?

Look at the electoral vote map. Romney can win, just perhaps -- long-shot, but he plausibly can -- if he picks up nearly all the swing states; which requires picking up most of the centrist swing voters. You don't really think any of the others could have done that, do you? Obama would have skunked any of them without working up a sweat.

6 months ago, the wingnuts on here were still holding out for Herman Cain... can you imagine???

Scary, isn't it?

Like I said in another thread: if Romney comes through on even half of the stuff he promising (and I'm not holding my breath), he just might make a good president. We'll see.

I'll listen to both of the major candidates. If I don't like what I hear, I'm not voting for either of them.

Nope...still wish Paul would have won. Romney = continuation of obama/bush bull shit.

*sigh* Fine, fine, you can vote for the Libertarian, Gary Johnson. And if everybody who feels like you does the same, the result will be the same as if the GOP had nominated Paul: A second term for Obama.

Oh there is no doubt in my mind people will vote in favor of their entitlements. Why would they? They aren't paying for it...;)

Romney a long shot? Obama is fading faster than a speeding bullet.

He'd have to pick up four swing states. That's better than a long shot.

an exaggeration of course.

Hes roughly at a 50% approval rating, give or take a few points depending on the poll.

Which in basically on course with the last few presidents at this time in the election cycle.

Although I dont think Obama is a shoe in or Romney is a long shot.
