Sending a double dose of Good Vibes

Hey Gil! Sorry to see that you're under the weather. Did you pick something up from the plane? I hope you shake it soon. :rose:

Bandit scares germs away at the gym!! ;) They wouldn't dare take her on!!!

Just read your posts, Hon. What a pain in the butt.... um, chest.....

Can commiserate with the whole too sick to do anything but mind too active to sit still, thingie. And with a family there is always so many things that need to be done.

Poddies are cute but demanding! You need to make sure you sleep enough for your body to heal. I always found that some time rugged up in the sun would make me feel heaps better. Bit like a lizard.

Got a flu shot this year, seeing as I was going to Brissy and into a new germ pool. Best thing I've done! Cost nothing, coz of history, and while the workmates have dropped like flies, I'm still standing so far. Will definately do it again.

Orlanth ? hope you're recovering from your latest fall, sweetpea. :rose: My girlfriend has just returned to Cairns after a couple of weeks down here. She's grateful for the warmth up there!

Mont, I hope you are enjoying your northern summer. I'm assuming that the beginning of your warmest months have just arrived. :)

Hey, Gil,

Hope you feel better soon. Sending my own good healthy vibe your way and

same to WQ and Orlanth.

Hey Triskele,

Today it's real cool and rainy but the temperature is definitely on the up swing for the rest of the week. May was quite warm and dry.

;)Mont

W.Q., I hope you're not getting this wild weather down there.

It's full-on mad, here. Anything not tied down is getiing tossed and blown everywhere. The river is on the rise, again, too.

I hope your coughs and wheezes are easing, and you're getting enough sleep depite the poddy lamb in your care. (I can't believe you got sucked into that one! ;))

Sending you all the best wishes, positives and vibes i can muster. :rose::kiss:

Hi trisk :)

Yes, we are getting the wild weather! Windy, very cold, and trees down everywhere.
My cough is finally easing, and now that the man has gone back to work, I might actually get some sleep!
I have 2 lambs now, Ralphy and Enid. But I am rapidly training them to go from 9pm to 7am between night feeds, and they are outside in the nursery pen (undercover).

No1son got a new car today - an XR6! He's immensely chuffed with himself, because he got the finance without me having to secure it for him and he's only 19. It's Rapid Yellow. I can't wait to have a drive, but since I'm not supposed to drive for another 2 1/2 weeks, I have to be content with being chauffered around for now.

Thanks to everyone asking about me, I am OK although the cold has a few joints creaking today,

It's dropped about 5c in a short time & rain, high winds etc almost here with the rain already started glad to be indoors & doubt BANDIT:heart: will venture out to the gym tonight which is a shame as she loves her boxing class.

Frisky, Hope your managed to stay dry.

Good to hear your feeling better & hope you keep getting better too.

Ralph & Enid are heading to the pot or flock?

Ralphy and Enid (both boys, although there was some confusion with Enid for a while, hence the name!) will both end up in the freezer.

Good to hear, BANDIT was telling me that the kids grew up on lamb but had trouble once they named them.

Thank You! You are very welcome to pop in anytime you like! :rose:

I'm kinda partial to the folks here, myself. :)

Thank you, Triskele!

:rose:
Welcome Heidi, Feel free to drop back any time you like. :D

Now I'd like to hear about your butt plug.;)
.
Thanks for the heads up Fuzzy.

Thank you, Gil! As for the butt plug...this is the first I have heard of it.
:D

My leg is a real mess! Two beaks that we know of

Orlanth, I'm curious....
You're in a wheelchair which I assume means you are also inside for most of the days.
Do you take calcium and vitamin D to keep your bone strength up?

Gil, have you seen the new Metabolic Rehabilitation Clinis in Sydney for Diabetes?
Looks like a great system for maintaining/treating diabetes.
Might be worth a look into.....

They treat both types 1 and 2. And one guy on the news report I saw was similar to you.
63 and on dialysis 3 times a week.
The place is called the Metabolic Rehabilitation Clinic. I will find out what I can and send you a msg.
It looks VERY interesting!
Stand by......

I do go outside daily for a couple of hours to tend to my garden so I get a bit of vitamin d . As for calcium I am already taking it as my last case of graves desese that I had the medication had a side effect that would weaken bones so that is why I had the calcium

Oh ok, I was just wondering if that might have contributed to your bone break
