Favor?

It loaded for me, too. I'm using Firefox if that makes any difference.

Hello SweetErika, the link worked on Google Chrome and Firefox for me.

Thanks, all!

I don't know what the problem is. I can access the same page in Spanish, but I keep getting a server and j_a_v_a_script error on the English page. I guess it's a good thing I speak enough Spanish to get through a form like that! :D Anyway, that page has always worked for me in the past, and no other pages I've been to on the USPS site (or elsewhere, for that matter) appear to be affected. This is the first time I've ever seen this error:
Error Page Exception

Original Exception:

I haven't updated Firefox yet, so maybe that's causing a problem (I know Gmail says it's incompatible with FF 3.6 now)? I disabled Adblock for the site to see if that was the issue, but I still get the error! It's fine in IE, so it's definitely a firefox issue.

that's really odd. i thought java wasn't supposed to break like that?

erika, i know you're technically savvy but have you installed the most recent java update?

Java says I'm current, so I have no clue. And it's odd that the Spanish and other pages that use java work just fine!

Latest version of Firefox is version 12.0 Please do yourself a great favour update straight away. It is much safer and SO much faster.

this will take you to the update
http://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/fx/

only take a moment.
FF says I have the current version now. I've put off updating until recently because a lot of the extensions I use frequently aren't compatible with the latest FF release. However, I got sick of seeing the reminders in multiple places, so I bit the bullet! I think I do have to restart my browser and computer for multiple reasons (I also need to install some Windows updates), so I guess I'll just see if the page loads properly after that. If not, I can do it in Spanish again or use another browser for this.
