I am exercising again, so it makes me feel great....although I still can't do too much.... I tried sit ups and well...I may have overdone it. But, if I don't try, I'll never know exactly what point to stop at, right???

I had little back issues so now stomach crunches and of course still the tread mill... All in the damn thing of age lol. BE Well my friend.... Oh July I can't wait
