'Loving Wives' catagory recent problems

For the last several years my wife and I have been seeing a problem in the 'Loving Wives" catagory of the story section of the Literotica website.

'Loving Wives' is an EROTIC section for stories about wives that absolutely love their husbands and will do anything they ask them to do.

My wife and I have been reading stories from Literotica since the early days of this website when you can count the amount of stories a section has on your hand. We used to read them as an arousing tool right before we make love of have sex which ever the two we have. hehe. About seven year ago that started to change. It changed because the overall theme of the section slowly changed.

Today the section is so full of stories about non-loving wives and husbands that get divorces. First off there is nothing erotic about these stories and 'Loving Wives' is an erotic section. There is a section specifically for non-erotic stories and it is called 'Nonerotic Stories'. Imagine that.

For examples of the stories check out any of 'Just Plain Bob's' stories. I will be the first to admit his stories is very well written and are excellent. My wife and I feel its just is in the wrong section.

Another example is the 'When We Were Married' Series by Diane Steele. This series is again very well written and merrits notice. However there is nothing arousing about reading about a bunch of legal cases one after another. And once again the wife is not a loving one but a cheating one who gets divorced.

I like to see the 'Loving Wives' section go back to what its supposed to be and all the 'Cheating Wives' stories go to another section like the 'NonErotic Section'. Maybe they should creat a new section called "Cheating Wives"

Johnstang, welcome to the General Board of the Literotica Forum. I don't venture in here very often, cause most of the nice folks in here have sort of a snarky sense of humor...but I do enjoy seeing their posts, because sometimes they have fun arguing amongst themselves. Pay them no mind.

Your question has been debated and discussed over in the "Author's Hangout" thread for a long, long time. You might also think about sending an e-mail directly to Laurel with your concerns/requests. Changes are few and far-between around here...unless it's an opinion about something.

I would apologize for the odd responses you received earlier...but they'll probably beat me up for actually answering your question. ~Sigh~
