Nik Wallenda is Going to Die!!!

Apparently he's planning to rope-walk over Niagara Falls. He's not planning on using a safety harness. So far, so good. If that's his bag, let him do it.

Now here's what his wife has to say about why he isn't wearing a harness:

Mrs. Wallenda, whose family history of circus performing goes back eight generations, admitted she was nervous about the Niagara Falls walk and said she was preparing for the day with “a lot of prayer.” But she said she did not want her husband to wear a tether, either, given his family’s long history of performing without any backup safety measures.

“It’s like if Madonna would lip-sync,” she said. “This is what we were raised doing. This is our life.”

This whole time, all those Wallendas were dying because they thought Madonna sang her own songs during her concerts!

He's doomed. And Madonna has some explaining to do.

"What would a Romney presidency be like? Day One, president Romney immediately approves the Keystone Pipeline creating thousands of jobs that Obama blocked. President Romney introduces tax cuts and reforms that reward job creators, not punish them. President Romney issues an executive order to begin replacing Obamacare with commonsense healthcare reform. That's what a Romney presidency will be like."

Standard stuff, nothing to see here. Except that he removes the title "president" from in front of our current president's name. Curious, to me. I know the thinking behind it. But I see only downside, should the Dems decide to press on it.

I never refer to him as anything other than just "Obama" either. Works for me.
