Me neither, whatever "it" might be. Nothing to do with past presidents on the welcome page, anyway. Maybe one of those items under the "FEATURED LEGISLATION" column got in the pipeline during W's Admin? Wouldn't be surprised, long as it takes Congress to do things . . . Obama might still deserve credit for keeping up the push. Of course, we can't even discuss that meaningfully until Ishmael tells us just what the fuck he's talking about.
