R.I.P. Donna Summer

I earned the nickname Disco in 1978, on the first day I stepped onto my high school campus. She was a major part of the soundtrack that was my teenage years. She is on my iPod.

updownleftright may the saints and angels help you find peace.

You sure you want to admit that. :)

As for Donna...almost like the passing of an era.

I am confident in my self to admit it. Maybe it's because of the five high school and three college varsity letters help.

I did not know one could letter in glee club. That is fantastic! ;)

Seriously?

Where have I said I SANG? My letters were in soccer, track, indoor track and lacrosse, you know lacrosse, America's ONLY original team sport. Football is a bastardization of rugby, which is in itself a bastard son of soccer.

Really? Oops. You said you were Disco! so naturally I assumed you could sing with the divas and would put your talents where they were most useful.

I think that my stepdaughter is probably upset about it, though she hasn't said so. She's a big Diana Ross, Donna Summer, Supremes, etc. lover. :rose:

In pace requiem. :rose:
