it took two years for the first fruit, but i'm still waiting for the first decent harvest. last year, the drought and birds took their toll on the crop. years 2-4 the fruit was edible, but small and sparse. this year there is lots of fruit on the tree. i am staying hopeful and watering like a mad woman.
