Yesterday he was swimming around in his bowl all happy and full of life.

Today he was bloated and floating upside down.

He was only supposed to live for 1 year and lasted 4.

Sounds like one of my three GIANT goldfish. Goldene is old and hangs head down/tail up under the bubbler to get oxygen while she sleeps. She's four and does well otherwise. It was that flying trip to the tile a couple of years ago that slowed her down some. My dog actually pointed at her and we put her back in the tank. It took a while by hand to revive her but she made it. Now there's a big petrified piece of wood on top of the lid.

My brother flushed a small tropical fish and it didn't go down but he didn't know that cause he walked away. When my 8 y/o niece went to the toilet she had to go quickly and didn't notice the fish so she peed on it. When she went to flush and saw it she decided not to and went to get her little brother who's 5. She showed it to him and said she peed a fish out. He ran and told their mom.
