Looking for an Article *Found!* Thank you!

A couple weeks ago there was a thread in here with a link to an article about a man who lives in Las Vegas and has a medical problem which has enlarged his scrotum to mammoth proportions. I haven't been able to find it with either a search in here, or on the Las Vegas Review Journal website, which is where I believe the article came from. Does anyone remember the story? It's really the article I'm looking for.
