The defense is slowly ripping the affidavit of charges apart as we speak. The investigator for the prosecution looked like an idiot on the stand today.

It's going to be interesting to see how the judge plays the case. He can go forward with a trial that is virtually guaranteed to end in an acquittal, or he can toss the charges and send the States Attorney back to try to come up with a new set of charges.

You gotta love it. In order for all of the conjecture that's being tossed around to fly there has to be a vast conspiracy taking place that involves Zimmerman, the witnesses, and every police officer and EMT that was on the scene. It is up to the prosecution to show that all of those folks purposely lied on the reports and affidavits. I don't think that the prosecution is up to that task.
