Actually it's a irresponsible twisting of the facts that are known as of today. There is no evidence extant that supports the statements that Trayvon was either 'profiled' or 'stalked.' The evidence also supports the notion that Zimmerman broke off following Martin, supported by statements made by Martin's gf, and was returning to his vehicle when accosted by Martin. Any support for the notion that Zimmerman was the instigator of the confrontation disappeared when Zimmerman turned his back and started walking away from the area of last contact. As soon as Martin turned around and became the aggressor he lost all claims to being a victim.

The defense is slowly ripping the affidavit of charges apart as we speak. The investigator for the prosecution looked like an idiot on the stand today.

It's going to be interesting to see how the judge plays the case. He can go forward with a trial that is virtually guaranteed to end in an acquittal, or he can toss the charges and send the States Attorney back to try to come up with a new set of charges.
