The billionaire Warren Buffet's company, Berkshire Hathaway, has been in a years-long legal battle with the Internal Revenue Service over what the IRS says are past taxes not paid; some have said the total amount of back taxes owed may total $1 billion.

Framed as a federal transportation concern, deep within its bowels lies a provision that allows the IRS to have passports of Americans accused of owing back taxes of $50,000 or more revoked...
...that's right: if the IRS simply alleges you owe back taxes of $50,000, this Senate-passed bill gives the federal government the power to flat-out revoke your passport - no innocent until proven guilty, no judicial process at all.
S. 1813 now moves to the Republican-majority House where it is expected to pass just as easily...
...proving once again that those who are specifically charged with upholding and defending the Constitution are the very ones committing treason against it - no matter which political party they hide in.

...it's as likely that key President Obama adviser Buffet will have his passport revoked for owing $1 billion in back taxes as it is that President Obama's illegal alien relatives in the US will ever be deported.
