The republicans war on women blurt thread

DON’T BE SILLY. EVERYTHING IS OKAY WHEN FEMINISTS DO IT: War On Women Wisconsin Edition: Slut Shaming Is Okay When Feminists Do It.

BB,
I feel the need to state this once, although I dont think it will make much difference to you. I have you on ignore. I will not now, nor will I ever take you off ignore, or hit "view post" like many here do. Your racist rants, racist comments and racist signature, make all of your opinions invalid.

I would rather debate with NeverEndingMe, who posts like a bot(may even be a bot) or renard_ruse .. or really ANY other user.

I do not care what your opinion is on this or any other topic.

Perfectly okay when a conservative woman is the target. Democrat crones were all over her.

As Im sure you understand, there is a difference between words and actions.

Also, I havent once mentioned anywhere in this thread ANY quotes or anything about Republicans trash talking any specific person.

"Those(contraceptives) violate the conscience of many Americans. Secondly it's not just about contraception - it's about abortion. It's about abortion-inducing drugs like Plan B. It's about sterilization."
~ David Vitter
LOL I wonder if he means Plan B causes abortions and sterilization?
Neither of which it does.

Mitt Romney told Mike Huckabee that he would support the personhood amendment , to define life as beginning at conception, which would outlaw abortion, bans most forms of birth control (including pills and IUDs) and in vitro fertilization.

(note this is Mitt so, while TELLING Huckabee he would support it, he never actually got around to signing the groups pledge)

I watched it, and I think thats what he was implying, which is why its so silly and yet another reason lawmakers shouldnt be making medical decisions for anyone.

Maryland, Board of County Commissioners voted to end the county’s contribution to its Head Start program, cutting overall funding for the program by more than 50 percent.

Commissioners Kirby Delauter (R) and C. Paul Smith (R) said during a meeting that the best way to help their children succeed in life is to stay married and stay home with their children. Both men touted their wives and the sacrifices they made by not holding jobs outside the home.

It must be nice to be able to go through life rich and clueless. They have NO idea what the rest of people have to endure with children.

It's to stupid to address in the first place since Democrats can claim any political movement or issue affecting the population at large is a "War On Women" since they represent half the population.

The Republicans are conducting a war on statism.

The GOP abandoned the women's vote and didn't realize it until the poll numbers came in. Now it's too late to do anything about it. The Democrats don't have to do anything.

Its nice to hear Mitt talk about how important it is to put kids in daycare so women who receive welfare can have the dignity of work, at the same time that other republicans are cutting head start for low income moms and telling them how important it is to sacrifice and stay home with their children.

I don't know what daycare costs now, but 18 years ago, the cheapest we found for infant for 5 days was $125, and that was ONLY because I was a member of the parish which ran the school out of which it ran!!

I love these out-of-touch politicians, sacrifice and dignity are words they use but have NO idea what they mean!

It's the law- Gov. Jan Brewer has agreed with the Republican men.
Women are livestock and must carry the pregnancy to term.

Apr. 12, 2012

A measure signed by Gov. Jan Brewer will bar most abortions in Arizona after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

http://www.azcentral.com/news/polit...rizona-abortion-bill-20-weeks-law-brewer.html

"Arizona's law is actually more restrictive than others, as it sets the ban based on the gestational age of the fetus starting on the date
of the woman's last menstrual period rather than on the date of conception, as other state laws have done. That means women would
only be able to have an abortion within 18 weeks of actually getting pregnant."

"Banning abortions at the 18-week mark would also preclude women from obtaining information about the condition of the fetus,
as many medical tests are either not performed or are not conclusive at that early date."

"Women at risk of pregnancy complications "will be forced to decide whether to proceed with their pregnancies in the dark,
before they have all the information they need to arrive at their choices."

Dem Gov. Bev Perdue On NC Democratic Party’s Sexual Harassment Scandal: “Get Over It”…

War on women.

Mississippi just passed a new "red tape" bill, which lawmakers hope will force the last abortion provider in the state, to close its doors.

"The bill "should effectively close the only abortion clinic in Mississippi," said Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves in a statement. "This is a strong bill that will effectively end abortion in Mississippi." If the state's only abortion facility, Jackson Women's Health Organization, closes, Mississippi women seeking abortions would have to leave the state."

The law Texas law, HB 15, requires a physician performing an abortion to provide the woman who is seeking to terminate her pregnancy information about the possible medical consequences of the procedure, information on alternatives to having an abortion, as well as a sonogram of the fetus and an audio recording of the fetal heartbeat. There are exceptions if the pregnancy is the result of rape or incest, the woman is a minor or if the fetus is suffering from an irreversible medical condition. Unless the woman lives more than 100 miles from a facility providing an abortion, the woman must wait for 24 hours after viewing the sonogram.

So if the ladies from Arizona and Mississippi go to Texas, they won't need to wait.
