insomnia that's mostly totally my own damned fault and related ailments.

also, my neck hurts.

a lot.

like i have to use a heating pad on it and eat aspirin like candy a lot.

last night i slept three hours. the night before i'm not really sure if i slept at all, but maybe i got an hour all told. last night was a direct result of trying to keep my sleep schedule somewhat normalized because of my stupidity the night before. today i will just suffer and hope i don't get my second wind right before it's time to sleep. either that or i'll pop a bunch of antihistamines. whatever works.

and why? boredom and because i get good notes that way.

I'm trying to think back to my "stupid shit" days. Luckily, they're all kind of a blur.

I understand wanting to get back on your regular sleep schedule. Maybe try a hot bath when it's time? Other than that, I've got nothing. I can't remember what used to work for me.

Lack of exercise....too much caffeine...eating sugar after 8pm.

These can all add to insomnia or make it worse.

Pansy ass- it's 7:51am on day 3 and I feel fine. Sometimes, late at night, I'll be in that "hyper 5th wind" stage and post the most random shit. I talk to robots and scream hyperly and whatnot.
