Yes and no.

Henry Ford created Ford Motor Company and was fired by its board of directors when he resisted building expensive cars. The BOD let Henry keep the FMC name, though. The company changed its name to CADILLAC, and Ford created FMC for a 2nd time.

So Ford stole the assembly line from himself, and he invented the Cadillac.

They're good cars. Handle a whole lot better than they look like they should. The Challenger however, is far sexier.
