Copied and pasted directly from Yahoo, but I'm interested in hearing how you would answer their question about free speech as it applies to the "cyber bullying" bill...

Arizona recently passed a bill making it illegal to use language on an electric device with the intent to "terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass, annoy or offend." But critics say the statute is so broad that even Internet "trolls" could be arrested for mean comments. Do you think the bill violates free speech?

Jesus, when are adults- I don't know how to phrase that in a way that doesn't create separation, perhaps I should say "stupid adults" going to understand that the media through which the bullying occurs isn't the problem. There's never been a single case of cyberbullying causing problems when it wasn't attached to real, live assholes. Aren't slander, threats, and whatnot already crimes? It just seems like we shouldn't need extra laws to say that they're also crimes on-line. How is it more illegal to slander someone on-line then to slander them in RL? I never did understand that.

Hopefully it will protect you from internet bullying, vaggirl.

BTW, how wide would you say your ass is?

Buick sized?

Way too broad, I think its important that our laws keep up with technology, and in the age of social media, there should be laws on the books addressing cyber stalking/cyber bullying but it seems like this is just over the top

... ""terrify, intimidate, threaten, harass" I get but, "annoy or offend." ..

Seriously, he can be quite funny at times but he also has this real whiny tantrum mode where he just goes on and fucking on like a two year old.

There is at least several pages I could write with names of people he probably should be trolling, me for one, but to troll Va?!? That's not just cyber bullying (see how I am trying to stay on topic, here?) but it's just ridiculously stupid. She's one of the nicest, most genuine people here. Maybe that's why he has this intense hard-on for trolling her. She's just too nice, that's not allowed around here!

This entire thread belongs on the playground.

The GB is for fucking Arizona in the ass with no grease.

And I couldn't have cued that response up any better!

Stop being a fucking idiot.

One reply a month isn't trolling you dolt.

That was neat, now switch back to your other name and post something again.

Have you seen the front page of the GB, we're slowly winnowing out everyone but those too stupid to find the exit.

Yes, it violates free speech.

Hopefully, the courts will throw it out or RoryN will be in big touble.
