The fact that he pays attention to them as you say is already an encouraging sign that he may have a fondness for pretty feet, yours in particular.

I would say by the sounds of that it would be safe to assume he has a foot fetish. I have a foot fetish (or at least a DEEP appreciation) and the three things you mention in your last post are all things I've desired, have done, and/or had done to me.
I can tell you from my own personal experience that having a very blunt straightforward "do you have a foot fetish" conversation with him may be intimidating and scary to him. Even though he may have one, he may deny it just out of reflex because he might feel intimidated at being 'confronted' with it if it's too clinical. It might be better to bring it up when you two are being intimate with each other (read:horny) where he will be aroused and have some inhibitions lowered not just about his horniness but also about talking about the subject. Maybe help him along verbally the next time these things are occuring. When he's sucking your toes, "ooo that feels so good..."
