"Republican presidential candidate Ron Paul spoke to a fired-up crowd of young people at Michigan State University on Monday afternoon, drawing a standing ovation and chants of “President Paul” for his anti-war and pro-liberty message.

The MSU Auditorium seats 4,000 people. Nearly every seat was filled and many students who arrived late sat in the stairs.

Paul promised to slash $1 trillion from the federal budget in his first year if elected president, mainly by targeting money spent overseas. He complained President Barack Obama has followed the tradition of other presidents in the last 50 years by fighting wars without a declaration of war by lawmakers.

“I will not go to war without a proper directive from the people and the U.S. Congress,” the Texas congressman said to a standing ovation..."

Of course, Ron Paul is as irrelevant as Ralph Nader to the GOP's actual direction.

Doesn't matter...paul will never get the GOP nod, he's not on board with their whole social and moral control policies.

What "social and moral control" policies? We've been through this before, but I guess the entertainment industry has you too brainwashed to think clearly.
