Students taking the SAT must present an acceptable form of photo identification in order to be admitted to the test center. IDs will also be checked during the test. Identification must:

Be current
Include a recognizable photo
Bear the student's name in English

The name on the school records is usually changed right away. Even if they weren't it doesn't matter in terms of taking the SAT because they don't ask for them, only the admission ticket which is given when you pay for the test and sign up for a date.

Koala, you know I love you dude. However, I do not see a problem with having a valid driver's license/state ID. Nor any of the above you show in your OP. I have no problem with minorities. I DO have a problem with any person of any nationality coming into this country (USA) and not meeting the simple requirements of becoming a US citizen; yet expect to reap the rewards a US citizen has worked or fought so hard to obtain while they themselves cannot. Yet we have to give up the rights we are legally entitled to, and forfeit them to a minority or illegal immigrant who has not earned the right to be a US citizen.

Not always. I have a friend who went through this and it became a fucking nightmare for him.
