It is intimidating Although I knew the member personally and he wasn't like that in real life. Maybe his fantasies were intimidating too much for some members of the Playground... there was some trouble about it in the UK Thread.

He was pretty hell bent on protecting you and keeping the thread clean of photos but no real direction other than it be a Goth thread. Maybe it was his fantasies too but I think his attitude would push people out too.

it sounds like it would be a good thread but you would need a good group of hosts/hostesses. and I think they are all here.

We met in Sheffield three times and yes I think he did become "protective". He is a social worker in his occupation. I also had a little tiny crush on him too to be honest twist, because he was really gorgeous and so freindly...

A while ago, I was contacted by a member of Literotica and someone I actually got to meet in person. He is a really handsome man with a very interesting "culture" A culture that I personally have had some sway towards since my teens. To be honest, it is safe to say I am a sympathizer in their culture.

This person joined Literotica after some thought eventually and like most UK members he had found the UK members thread. Unfortunately the reception he recieved was unpleasant. He was seen as a "freak" (his own words) and decided to tolerate the site by asking if I could create a thread for him. I did him the honours as long as he promised me to behave and not involve me with any disputes he became involved in.

Soon I agreed to write a collaboration wth him. It was quite complex in its plot and I needed guidance I must admit. To me he is a good writer with a very good imagination. In real life, he is quite impressive, but also very forward when it came to women. Let us just say that he was never short of female company

A great side to this man's nature is the volunteer work he does for the youth of one of the UK's deprived cities not far from where I live. And, to be honest I must agree with him that Literotica's Playground in particular is not suited to him.

He has now asked me to close the thread I opened. However, all I can do is let it simply fade. He informs me that friendships can only be "face to face" in reality, which is something he tells the youth he deals with. And, in the city he lives in he is respected not only by the auhorities, but also his culture.

Flashback
1st July 2011

So, finally the time came to take up Scoots offer. I picked up Jules on Friday afternoon and we debated what she should wear to a Goth night out. Something dark. I had already chosen my clothes before Leaving for work on the Friday morning. A black lace dress, fishnet stay up stockings and lace panties with black 4" heels.

Jules wardrobe was not exactly full of Gothic fashion gear. Apparently, experimenting in different cultures of fashion was not her thing. And so we put together a black knee length skirt and a black midriff top which shown plenty of her boobs. I wore a grey jacket to hide mine until we reached our destination. My boobs were clearly visible in full within the black lace dress. I was following Scoots instructions all the way and to top the whole fashion choice, we donned black lipstick and scarlet eye shadow. All we needed to do was locate the bar the event was taking place in Sheffield.

I had decided to remain sober being the navigator and driver for the whole night ahead. I did not mind because I wanted to see exactly what a "real" Goth bar was all about. There were strict rules apparently by those who took things seriously in their "clan". Jules and I were honoured guests of Scoots and her g/f along with "departed theme guest of the night, Fanny Cradock."

Neither of us knew who Fanny Cradock was. I never even checked it out on the internet. Apparently she turned out to be some old tv chef for the beeb in the fifties and sixtes. Each time they have a "closed doors" get together they chose a departed guest of honour.

Eventually, after finding the bar, a small city centre public bar often for hire for special occasions with a secure car park (thank gawd) in the rear we ventured into the place. At first from outside it sounded like a rock party was happening inside. I had forgotten that real Goths are into Gothic metal rock band music and that was exactly what it was.

Look out Scoots here we come!! Getting in was easy. There was nobody on the door like we expected. Anyone could have been a guest of honour. The place was loud, and there she was hanging from pieces of string from the ceiling and lights... pictures of Fanny Cradock. We knew that we were in the right "Hell Hole" so to speak

We ordered drinks at the bar. Mine was strictly a coke. Jules a glass of treble vodka and coke on my instructions. We asked around for Scoots and it took ages before she and her g/f met us

A Gorgeous Man Called Shen:

Once we settled in at the pub, Scoots introduced us to some really interesting people including Claudia (spelt Clavdia) her g/f. She like Scoots was a well established Goth. Julia however felt uncomfortable with so many of what she described in a whisper as "weirdo people". I kept her drinks coming which she did not mind at all after a while.

Before long Scoots and Clavdia introduced us to a German guy. His name was Shen and he was their so called "clan leader". He was tall, very tall and his hair was truly golden blonde and down below his shoulders. He wore a false set of fangs, but not vampire. He claimed to be lycan or better known as a werewolf. "I can go out in the sunlight and work during the day." he told us jokingly.

He sat with us at our table and was willing to answer any questions about the cult in a serious light. Basically, Goths (with a capital G) are a true cult which is harmless and many are of all kinds of religion so they were not seriously "demon worshipers". The cult was based on having fun, music, fashion and a liking towards the "dark side" of human culture. He also mentioned a kinkyness towards BDSM in some areas if couples enjoyed it.

Shen was quite helpful and I being sober felt like a journalist asking questions whilst Jules, Scoots and Clavdia got themselves slowly drunk during the course of the evening. The heavy metal rock music played and people actually danced their own moves to the music. Some bands I was familiar with, others were totally new to my ears. It definitely was not nightclub music that was for sure

I noticed Shen looking at me, especially my boobs beneath the black lace dress. My nipples caught his attention no doubt. But then, his beautiful sparkling light blue eyes caught my attention

Question is... if I could, would I? The answer would most definitely be YES
