You need to fill out Lit form 1251-J Request for Banishment in triplicate, attach petition forms 1253 (about 8) with 150 signatures of Lit users, send it to Busybody for him to check the signatures, and if it's all good, he'll kick it up to me, I'll sign off on it, have it notarized, and send the whole mess to Laurel.

Busybody isn't the fastest at checking signatures, but once he's done, within sixty days after that Islandman will be gone.

You might want to send 180 or 190 signatures just in case there are some bogus ones in the bunch.
