Years ago, it was a semi-annual discussion here on the GB. Daylight SavingS Time, kinda like CongraTulations. We each have our own pet peeves...

Anyway, in honor of those long ago discussions... Don't forget to turn your clocks ahead for Daylight SavingS Time. You just lost an hour of sleep!

On that note, good night everyone.

The horses were not all that thrilled to see us an hour earlier...

The white fucker tried to nip me!

Sheeeesh
What do they want from us!
Take my money. Take my car.
Do NOT take my time.

....or my coffee

I'm weird, I love it when it gets dark at 5 PM. People say I need my head examined.

You can say that again!!!

ETA: my post was in response to 4est... LOL....

You don't need your head examined, cookie.. :D

The crappy thing about daylight savings is now the other commuters will not be able to see me give them the finger for a month or two.

Sucks. :(

Did you see the article this morning?

Woman rescues man from fiery crash minutes after he gives her the finger...

Life is funny. Maybe you should put a flap on that holster/driving glove. ;) ;)

Lobbying for an end to DST

If you take a blanket off your bed and cut a yard off the bottom, stitch it the top is it not the same length?

Please, tell me, what is?

It's getting daylight when you actually want it or need it. It might be tough for some people to get a good night's sleep if the sun was coming in their windows at 4:30am in the summer. It also might be depressing to some to have the sun go down at 3:30pm in the winter.

Using your blanket analogy, it's simply moving the blanket to the part of my body that's actually cold, instead of covering up a part that's warm.

Curtains.

Oh for GS - then they should grow some! It was a war time effort to lengthen productivity hours. It's long over due to be scrapped.
