While cleaning this morning

In the back of one of the pantries I found an unopened bottle of Absolut that came from a Christmas party years ago and a half gallon of cheap WalMart rum that has maybe two fingers gone from it and is at least 3 years old. I cleaned off the bottles and put them back. Now I'm sitting here wondering why I keep doing this. Do I think that somewhere down the road I'll turn into an alcoholic and not be able to buy new booze? Do I think it keeps ants away? Why in the fuck do I have a half gallon of WalMart rum to begin with?

I can actually relate to this. i have bottles in my bar that have been there for awhile and i noticed them the other day. I picked one up that i know has been there much longer than it should and needs to be thrown out......and i put it back down
