Poor people are expensive. They absorb tax money like Democrats absorb crack. Medicaid, WIC, AFDC, free lunches, arrests, free lawyers, probation/parole...the poor cost a fortune.

The rich aint gonna use none of that stuff. They kids aint gonna be in Special Ed. They aint gonna ride the bus. No free school lunches. No section 8 houses.
