City centers are becoming obsolete, people tend to build outer communities and infrastructure designed to remove them from having to go "downtown."

Fuel prices go up for a while, then float back down. That time frame has traditionally not been long enough for alt energy to get traction.

I changed out my dead electric water heater to a gas one to save money on my bill in the future. Could my car and motocycle run omn NG? Yes. Will they ever in my lifetime? Pro not.
