Is it true that the colored people use skin color to advantage when they apply for a job?

He'll get 90% of the black vote...

;) ;)

"Why are you here?"

"To get some money."

"What kind of money?"

"Obama money."

"Where's it coming from?

"Obama."

"And where did Obama get it?"

"I don't know... his stash, I don't know. I don't know where he got it from, but he's givin' it t'us to help us. We love him. That's why we voted for him... Obama! Obama!"

lmao yes this is true and not at all the opposite of reality, which is why the african-american community is known for its wealth and above-average rate of employment

Conservatives have had a little lull in demonizing Muslim Americans. And demonizing homosexuals hasn't gone as well as they'd expected. Time to move on to demonizing African-Americans.

Stoking white fears in order to win elections is a time-honored Republican tradition.

Apparently, it doesn't work.
I want a fag card- I want to be able to throw them both at once.

Playing two cards at once is cheating...isn't it?

Nah, you get a whole hand- "you gotta play the hand you were dealt". Some people get more then others, but they stack. With the Injin card I get free access to the casino- with the gay card I'm assuming I get more cock. I don't know what the white card gets me- I've never used it.

I work for a large national chain that actually hires people based on their experience and work history without trying to meet certain color quotas. The online and physical application process includes race, age, and sexual "choice" questions that are optional. But they see your resume anyway so the years that you went to school are going to give away your age anyway. What's unfortunate is that my particular location is an hour plus drive to the next closest locations. To move up in the company there are people from the other places driving to my location due to their promotions. My location also happens to be in a more prominently "white" area and the distant ones have much higher "black" populations. This has created the reality that some of my superiors are "of color". What seems to be obviously lacking in my field are Asian decent employees at any level. And I treat my high percentage of Latino/Mexican decent customers with the greatest respect. They work SO hard and spend so much money that helps contribute to my paycheck.
