Seeing Whitney off

So, I named my new Valentine kitten... Whitney.

I've already posted her details but I'll crunch them down to her being mostly all white with several black spots on her right side, an all black tail and a cute little face with black-rimmed pink nostrils and mouth. Cheyenne knows (cuz she responded to my post), I was thinking Milk or Moo the first night but knew how fucking lame that was.

I chose Whitney because she had Thee voice of an angel and those are merely little black soul patches on the cat. Plus my mother fucking adored Whitney and after this weekend...

Anyway, I looked up the meaning of the name Whitney and, get this, it's American for White Island. Yes, White Island, like this little kitty is.

So, anyway, Whitney Houston, you'll live on in this household of mine.

Thank you. Poor kitty's probably sick of hearing her music by now. The network FUSE had a gazillion music videos of her on rotation yesterday after the funeral. And while she's not yet out in general population (has her own room), I know she heard that voice. That amazing VOICE over and over.
