One chapter of the book deals with killing morale in the workplace, and includes practices that seem to be required protocol in most of the modern companies I know of! Like: HIRE THE MOST INCOMPETENT APPLICANTS, ENCOURAGE AND REWARD INDOLENCE, DESIGN TRAINING AND INSTRUCTION TO BE AS CONFUSING AND IRRELEVANT AS POSSIBLE, STAFF COMMITTEES WITH PEOPLE KNOWN TO BE MUTALLY INCOMPATIBLE AND ANTAGONISTIC, MAKE SURE THE PEOPLE WHO NEED TO KNOW FIRST ARE INFORMED LAST. ENCOURAGE STRIFE, RETALIATION, AND SPYING. ETC.
