I have a story I'm writing my fiance, but I don't really want to post it to literotica. Is there a place here I can post it?
Follow along with the video below to see how to install our site as a web app on your home screen.
Note: This feature may not be available in some browsers.
Well, assuming you want to discuss your story with others here, then just create a thread and wait for folks to chime in?
Well, no, not actually. This would be circumventing the website's right to (and practice of) clearing the stories that appear on the website. This isn't an anything goes website--there are rules on what can be posted. If it was posted here on the forum, the designated procedure would be bypassed.
The discussion and feedback on the forum is supposed to be on stories posted the normal way.
So there's no way to share my story? I had tried posting a story there but they said I didn't make my characters talk correctly. I don't know what they meant, I do my punctuation and grammer correctly
Nah I mean I don't want to submit it to the site because how I write is slightly unorthodox. I'd love to post it here on the board

I've said before that sr is wrong on this. Look at all the reasons to 'report post' and nowhere do you find 'failure to abide by story guidelines'. Lit controls anything posted officially but seems quite laid back about what us chattering unwashed post on forums. It is up to us, not the site. They are not responsible.
Again, the website isn't 'anything goes' but the forums generally are. Also, for at least the 8 years I've been around the site, no-one, except the crittur in the basement, has ever questioned the right to post draft stories here. We live with requests for finding stories and draft stories as well as looking at URLs to read posted stories. His ass clenching definition resembles scouries attempts to change the site rules.
Go ahead, blackfire, and post your draft here - it's perfectly allowed.
You will get good advice, some may be highly critical. You'll have to live with that.
But what if the person post a story containing underage rape snuff. How do you know what the poster unorthodox means?
That's because Pilot and Scouries are in cahoots. Two like minded assholes, bitter about the fact that all the other authors here are better than they are.

With that said, carry on with the drama. I honestly haven't formed a solid opinion on the matter in question.
Neither have I. But Lovecraft's constant swiftboating is so tiresome that I see no reason not to bend it back on him--until he stops. At least there is as much evidence against him on this as for him--and his swiftboating is based on little or no evidence. And on this, he (and apparently you) have flipped right to blaming someone with no more evidence than that pointing to the one who should have benefited from the votes as the culprit. Your view is no more legitimate than the one I gave. (Logically rather less, I think.)
As an American patriot I am outraged that anybody would doubt or slander your military service, sir. Please accept my deepest apologies. Semper fi
I'll go firmly on record as saying you're about as connected to scouries as the Queen of England *laugh*
Likewise, there's heaps of other sniping he throws at you that I find completely ridiculous.
Thanks, but I wasn't in the military service. I was in the CIA (As Lovecraft68 well knows.), and I did some U.S. duty well forward of any military lines.
I am a graduate of the U.S. Army War College, though, and an Army brat, if that counts for anything.![]()
You must have some amazing stories, sir! I would love to hear them if there are any unclassified details you can pass on. I love to hear about the good guys winning.
*Laughs* I have a "pretty close" (sexual) memoir out called Flying High (with a writing diagram putting some Lit. stories together on my story profile here), but I doubt it's the kind of stories you're looking for in terms of military background. Principally flying over the Vietnam War (and Laos and Cambodia) snapping photos during the later stages of that war, then on the ground in a "special unit," evacuating Saigon and then Phnom Penh, and on to Bangkok. About a decade in the Middle East after that. Run out of there by the Al-Qaida in '96.
But again, I doubt you'll be interested in the focus of my stories on any of that.
