As "Say yes to the dress" plays in the background, a bride wishes to have all the bridesmaids wear a little muff around their hands for a "Winter Wonderland" themed wedding ...

The 16 year old little sister, who hates the idea says "I do not want to be a part of Team Muff"... followed by the future bride saying "After the wedding, everyone will be rocking their muff"...

I've been talking to this guy I met online for a couple of weeks. We haven't met yet, despite his living only about 30 minutes from here, because our schedules aren't matching up, and then he got sick on his two off days last week, LOL.

He seems nice enough and fun to talk to, and he texts me at least once every couple of days, so that's good. Oh, and we've been talking this whole time, and he hasn't mentioned sex ONCE yet. I'm withholding further judgment until I meet him, though.

Anyway, this morning, I woke up and had a "Happy Valentine's Day" text from him. I thought it was nice, smiled, told him "Happy Valentine's Day" back, and went on about my day.

Just a few minutes ago, I realized that this guy, whom I've never even met, did more for me on Valentine's Day than my cocksucker ex did in nearly 6 years of being with him. That's right, ladies and gentlemen. In 6 years, I never even got a "Happy Valentine's Day" out of the fat bastard.

WHY did I think putting up with him was a good idea?

I'm blaming it on being batshit crazy. That's really the only explanation.

I can't wait to hold my new remote vibe against my clit while he holds the remote...

You sure that cuddle if worth all the effort finding it? :D

It's like geocaching. The thrill is the hunt. Plus, George Washington threw a cuddle all the way across a canal on Mars (I believe, but am not sure...), and a local wench retrieved it on a rover, and enjoyed it quite a bit.

It's a DGE cuddle, 'nuff said.

My cuddlery is so sharp it can cut through cans.

It's right there in his av, isn't it?

He cometh.

to vegemite or not to vegemite...

Marmite preferably with chicken chippies on a sandwich.

Whitman's Valentine samplers have always included classics like Vegemite Cordials, Chicken Chippie Truffles and Marmite 'n Mountain Oyster Clusters.

Now thats a brilliant idea for the next Wild Foods Festival. I wonder how many people would realise that said Marmite 'n Mountain Oyster Clusters are actually Marmite covered sheeps testicles? and if they would still eat them if they knew?

Heh! I was once on a walk with a friend who has done some research on that kind of symbols in a town I've known since childhood. She pointed out lots of things that I had been totally unaware about, like symbols on houses and things like that.
It was really one of those scary-cool moments because it made me wonder what else I might be missing.

Learned this the hard way. If you don't wear underpants there is nothing to catch the wetness. Duh? Why didn't I bring another pair of pants.;)

Hooray for an ashiatsu massage appointment today. Better yet? Trading web design services for massage. :cattail:

People who say they love being single when what they really mean is "I wish I had a partner but I haven't found one who will allow me to be truly me and still love me" make me simultaneously (a) annoyed at their pomposity and dishonesty and (b) pitying of their defiantly masked but nevertheless painful loneliness.

(NB I'm not saying that that is all single people. Some people genuinely do prefer to be single. But the ones who protest too much often are the ones who don't want to admit that their life isn't just one long personal success).

How do you know what those single people mean?

Sure I'd rather not be single, but I sure as hell am not going to settle. Even if that means searching for the rest if my life, and I end up with many cats. Too many people settle, then THOSE same people come here to bitch and whine about sexless marriages, no communication, and cheating. BAH!

I'd also rather be single than planning how to hide the body. Leave the single people alone! /rant

Didn't mean to touch a raw nerve!

How do I know what those single people mean? Well the two I have in mind have since found partners they are happy with and have admitted how unhappy they were as singletons.

That ok with you?

I was not suggesting anyone should/shouldn't do anything. Nobody said you should settle. If someone wants to settle they can settle and if they don't they can stay single until they find the right person. Whatever floats their boat.

I was talking about people who say they love being single when what they feel is something else. That was clear in my post.

Nah, I was joking.... Mostly. But I am tired of all the "you need a partner to be happy" crap that is spewed at single people (especially on Valentines day) I know just as many unhappy people in relationships. Let's just agree people are unhappy. Hehehe

I was especially joking about the hiding of bodies... No need to go snooping around the desert outside Vegas.
